I went back and visited Lindsay. I can tell you that I feel 100% better about things after having talked to her. She is in there. She is in a LOT of pain, but she is in there.
She was able to tell me that her arm hurt, her mouth was dry and that she wanted the tube out of her nose. She cried when she saw the pictures of Landen and Tim so she is in there.
Her propothol is still off and her fentenyl is down to 50. Her pain is enormous and so they are trying to keep her on morphine, just enough to keep her pain down but also not too much to knock her out so she keeps up the good breathing on her own.
Her fever has not been mentioned at all this morning so we are assuming it is gone or of little concern to them.
Please pray that they are able to continue to manage her pain so she is not too uncomfortable and that she continues to move forward in her recovery.
