She's in a lot of pain and worried about her arm. She can't feel it and she's worried about that. The orthopedic doctor says that is normal because her nerve was damaged but she should regain full feeling again.
Other than that she is just resting this afternoon. She's not really sure what is going on but we have told her that she was in an accident and that's all she really knows.
She is having a lot of pain in her back so they are going to bring in a neurosurgeon and do an MRI once they are able to lay her flat but she is moving her legs so they are not too terribly concerned.
For right now she just needs time to recover and a lot of prayers.

Your friends at ATSU - School of Health Management have you in their thoughts and prayers. Dr. Slocum says you are a fighter and we have no doubt about that! God bless!

As you tell me the things Lindsay does, to no surprise by those who know her, it reminds me of how much you too are alike!
I will keep praying for her. My phone rings off the hook from my family, co-workers, and friends asking how Lindsay is....so there are more people than she knows or can imagine praying for her, thinking about her, and loving her.
Again let me know if she wants or Tim wants help with Landen or anything else. Taking him would give me an excuse to play at the pool! :)
Hang in there....minute by minute....you can do this!
Hi Lindsay...we have never met but I worked with you via email during your fourth year at KCOM. Please know you and your family and doctors and nurses are in my prayers. May God have many blessings upon you during your recovery. Keep fighting.

Lindsay while we have never met that I am aware of, you continue to be in the hearts and prayers of everyone on the KCOM campus. Dr. Slocum has told us of how strong a fighter you are. We look forward to your recovery. Again, you are in our hearts and prayers. God bless you and your family!
Even though I just met Lindsay two weeks ago, I am saddened by the news, but am happy to hear of her progress in such a short period of time. Many prayers are being sent! My thoughts are with you Lindsay!
