July 3rd, 8:30 AM

Just spoke to my mom. Lindsay woke up for a little while this morning. She was in a lot of pain and crying out so they sedated her to help with her pain.

My mom has printed off a couple pictures of Landen and we are hoping we can post them in her room so if she wakes up again she will see them.

E-mail (hamiltonfamilycircus@yahoo.com) me if you want an address to send cards to. She can't have anything else until she is moved to a regular room but I'm sure she would appreciate them once she wakes up.

Hang in there, just rest and heal.

Lindsay,
My heart and my prayers are with you. I'm on call tonight...my first in-house intern call :) I'm guessing you'd rather be doing that than be in the position you are. You are strong and you have so many people pulling for you. Get well girl!!

Lindsay and family -
We are so very sorry about your accident. Keep fighting and getting stronger every day. You have so many people who love you and are praying for you. May God give your doctors the wisdom they need to heal you; may God give you the strength to know that you will get better soon; and may God give your family the peace to know that everything will eventually be done in His time.
Love,
Deanna (Moore) Zinno

Dear Lindsay,
I don't know if you really remember who I am, but I certainly remember Heather's little sister from good old Bondurant-Farrar Jr/Sr High.
It sounds like you're in for some rough times ahead (understatement of the year, of course), and I just wanted to say that I'm thinking about you and I'm really saddened to hear about your accident. Everything I think of to write to you doesn't seem to express how deeply I feel, but please know that I am praying for you, your family, and your baby boy. Having an 11-month-old myself, I know how a child can change your world. I bet yours is truly a source of joy, and I pray that you will hold him in your arms again soon.
For now, though, let yourself be held in God's arms and rest in Him. He has the power to do immeasurably more than all we can ask or imagine, according to his power that is in work within us.

Sincerely,
Erin Shipler (Johnson)
